Paid for Ad Removal -got screwed

AND I STILL GET ADS??? Are you kidding me??

Its been over a month, and Ive even e-mailed the developer. No response. The developer needs to give me my money back, or Apple needs to remove them from the Apple store and reimburse all of the customers who got screwed.
